Kartoffelscheiben auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben und im vorgeheizten Backofen (E-Herd: 175 \u00b0C\/ Umluft: 150 \u00b0C\/ Gas: s. Hersteller) ca. 30 Minuten backen, bis sie weich sind. <br><br>F\u00fcr den Hummus 1 Dose Kichererbsen in ein Sieb gie\u00dfen und abtropfen lassen. Kichererbsen, Tahin, Br\u00fche und 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l p\u00fcrieren, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel abschmecken. Hummus kalt stellen.  <br><br>Kartoffeln aus dem Backofen nehmen. F\u00fcr die Falafel 1 Dose Kichererbsen in ein Sieb geben und abtropfen lassen. Kartoffeln, Kichererbsen und Eigelb p\u00fcrieren. Mehl und Paniermehl unterr\u00fchren, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Chili w\u00fcrzen. Masse ca. 1 Stunde kalt stellen..  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomaten\nwaschen, putzen, vierteln und entkernen. Fruchtfleisch in kleine\nW\u00fcrfel schneiden. Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und die\nBl\u00e4ttchen grob hacken. Schalotte sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln.\nSchalotte, Tomaten, Petersilie, 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l und Essig\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lecker.de\/rezept\/3535133\/Suesskartoffel-Falafel-mit-Tomaten-Salsa-und-Hummus.html\">verr\u00fchren.<\/a>\nMit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Zucker abschmecken. Salsa kalt stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesam\nin einer Pfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten. Herausnehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.\n\u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen (ca. 160 \u00b0C). Aus der Kartoffelmasse mit\ngut mehlierten H\u00e4nden ca. 16 Falafel formen. Falafel portionsweise\nin dem \u00d6l 5\u20138 Minuten goldbraun ausbacken. Sobald die Falafel an\ndie Oberfl\u00e4che schwimmen, herausnehmen, auf K\u00fcchenpapier geben und\nmit Sesam bestreuen. Falafel warm halten.
